Yesterday, I went to a wonderful tapas restaurant in London's Exmouth Market called Morito. Although not strictly relating to beauty, I felt really inspired by the colours, smells and the food itself in this charming place. The bright green pistachio on the baklava, the bright rusty orange in the pumpkin and the vibrant speckles of red from the chilli and paprika spices.
I was also absolutely taken with this beautiful growing pomegranate plant, complete with baby pomegranates next to our table. It reminded me of a scene from a 17th Century still-life painting.
Finally, I couldn't stop cooing over the way they presented their gorgeous little espresso in the cutest shot glass I have ever seen. Rustic charm indeed.
Hey, I am glad you made it to Morito's, we missed you last time! xx
