So I have made it to Greece. And it couldn't feel further away from England. This is the view I woke up to this morning. I am by the seaside, surrounded by copious amounts of wild flowers and snow-tipped mountains. Needless to say, the colours, smells and all round way of life here is completely wonderful.
I hope to come back with white-blonde hair and a gentle sunkissed glow, courtesy of the sun, although I am being very cautious of the sun with my healing cheek and all.
Next week, Istanbul awaits, so I am soaking up all this lolling country life while I can.
